
Wow! Double fail!

Look at this one. They start off okay, and then suddenly forget our little rule.

These guys are advertising stupidity.

I'm not saying anything.

Maybe they meant "No food, drink, or sweet is to be taken into the toilets." I doubt it, but one can always hope.

Again, maybe they meant "No BBQ is permitted."
I think all of the people who wrote these need to hear our little rule. Everyone! "We will never use an apostrophe to indicate a plural."
Wait, shouldn't it be Park's. Unless they are referring to police for multiple parks. Most people would refer to them as just Park Police.

ReplyDeleteI've got the espresso sign figured out! Don't you know that rule that says you need to use an apostrophe if the word you're pluralizing ends in a vowel? Wait, maybe it's actually that rule about always using an apostrophe when ice is involved...
